Sun Protective Textiles
Standardknit fabrics is a wholly Australian owned company that manufactures its circular weft knitted fabrics in its own mill and finishes them in its state-of-the-art dyehouse.
Standardknit specialises in leisurewear and activewear fabrics that are UV protective such as cotton/Lycra®, polyester/cotton Lycra®, polyester/Lycra®, poly/viscose/Lycra® and nylon/Lycra®.
We also produce a large range of cotton and poly/cotton fabrics of which the heavier fabrics, such as rugby, achieve a UPF rating of 30 depending on shade.
Our range of fabrics include ribs, double jerseys, interlocks, coarse gauge surface interest fabrics, crepes and piques.
