Recovering the Costs of Regulation of Commonwealth Entities Under the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Legislation
COST RECOVERY POLICY
This policy establishes the principles and framework for recovery of costs of regulation of Commonwealth entities under the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act 1998, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Regulations 1999, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Act 1998, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety (Licence Charges) Regulations 2000 and the Australian Government Cost Recovery Guidelines.
Following a stakeholder consultation process, the policy was formally approved by the CEO of ARPANSA on 31 March 2006.
