OPAL Reactor Construction Public Consultation
As with all facility licence applications for nuclear installations, the CEO of ARPANSA is required to invite people and bodies to make submissions about the application.
In addition to consideration of written public submissions, the CEO chaired a public forum to enable interested parties to present their arguments. The details of and reports arising from this forum can be found at the link below.
