OPAL Reactor Siting Licence
Following receipt of ANSTO’s application to prepare the site for the proposed replacement research reactor, an extensive review process was undertaken. This resulted in a Safety Evaluation Report being produced and a license authorising ANSTO to prepare the site being issued in September 1999.
