Radioactive Waste Safety
ARPANSA develops and maintains expertise in safety assessment of all aspects of radioactive waste management and disposal.
The Waste Safety group is involved in the development of codes and standards, represents the government on a number of international committees:
- Waste Safety Standards Committee (WASSC)
