Headliners' manufactures an extensive range of sun protection headwear suitable for all ages from Infant to Grandparent. Hats manufactured include Legionnaires, Broadbrim, Bucket and Floppy Hats.
Bicycle Helmet Covers
Headliners have the original Helmet Cover in a range of fun and functional fabrics. The cover stretches over the foam or hard shell helmet and gives good protection for the eyes and neck area of the rider.
Construction Helmet Covers
With Headliners Construction Helmet cover and sunscreen, workmen wearing hard hats, working outdoors have the maximum sun protection available. Water repellent and safety yellow combine the sun protection with hardhat safety regulations
Miscellaneous Covers
Headliners have a variety of other styles that range from Horse-riding Helmet Covers to Ski Helmet covers.
Fabric used
All fabrics used by Headliners have a UPF rating of 50+. Headliners have the ability to manufacture in cotton and nylon lycra, plain and printed colours, water repellent fabric and the addition of 3M reflective material for low light and night time conditions.
Logos can be printed or sewn onto Headliners Products and special requests are always welcomed.
