Inspection findings: The inspection found generally satisfactory management of safety and security.

No non-compliances were identified. 

Five Areas for Improvement (AFIs) were found where the licence holder did not meet best practice or a self-imposed standard, but which were considered not to reach the threshold of a non-compliance. These related to: references to codes and/or standards; warning signage; monitoring equipment calibration; establishment of a radiation safety committee; and review and maintenance of documentation. Improvement actions for AFIs are voluntarily applied by licence holders. Outstanding AFIs can impact future regulatory decisions and interventions.
