ARPANSA provides support to WHO’s radio wave monograph

The Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) will provide $150,000 in funding to support the World Health Organization’s (WHO) research into the potential health effects of radio wave exposure on the general and working population.

Developing ARPANSA's Radiofrequency Safety Standard

ARPANSA has launched a new radiofrequency safety standard. An extensive review of the scientific literature was conducted, and experts from a diverse range of fields were consulted in developing the new Standard. The new Standard will protect the community from all new and existing technologies using RF.
